An AI-first B2B insurtech, built for Asia's insurance industry.
Carriers and channels across Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines run their distribution and claims operations on the InsureFlow suite. We build it, and we run it in production for them. Singapore HQ, Hanoi R&D.

Owns ClaimFlow, live in production across the VinFast service-centre network and the ten-carrier insurer panel behind it, from carrier integration through to what an adjuster sees on screen. A product leader with a decade in large-scale financial services.

Two advisors on the two domains a regulated buyer decides in: how a large insurer or bank buys, and how one changes.

Now Executive Advisor at DeepXL, with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.
Transformation programme design inside large insurers and banks, and adoption across underwriting, claims and distribution functions.
What this team holds each other to
The four commitments below are what a client gets. CARE is what we are, and it is where the commitments come from.
- Customer empathy. Start from the customer's pain in their own words, not our idea of it.
- Authenticity. Bring your true self and lead from it, whatever the title.
- Result orientation. Measured by results that reach the customer, and only if they hold.
- Empowerment. Authority sits with the person closest to the problem.
Four commitments that shape every engagement.
How Trisilva works is as much the product as the software. These four are what a buyer can hold us to.
AI-first by construction
01We do not add AI to things. We start from AI and design outward, so it does the work inside the product rather than sitting on top of it, whether that is severity triage on a claim or multi-insurer routing on a policy.
Built on open standards
02We build on OPIN, the open insurance standard, and author the market profile for each market we enter. Your data and your integrations stay portable, so the model you modernise onto is one you keep and can publish.
Outcome-based engagement
03We price to the result that reaches the customer, where it can be measured: fees that rise and fall with our service-level performance on claims, and policy commission on distribution. Delivery risk sits with us, and every number behind the fee is one you can verify yourself.
Audit-clean by design
04Every action runs on an audit trail that only adds entries and never edits them, kept separate for each organisation. A regulated operation can show what happened, when and by whom, which is what lets a carrier trust the numbers and a regulator verify them.
One company across two homes.
Singapore is the legal, commercial, and capital home. Hanoi is the engineering and R&D centre, and the reason a carrier gets senior engineers in its own time zone rather than a support queue.
Singapore entity
Trisilva Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202612217Z) is the commercial entity, the IP and governance home, and the investor-relations base.

Trisilva authors the market profile that keeps OPIN operable per market, Vietnam being the first, and keeps it open. Every market we enter gets its own profile.
Strategy and build, connected
Commercial direction in Singapore and platform engineering in Hanoi answer to the same roadmap, so what a carrier is promised and what gets built are decided in the same room.
Two products in production, in a market at a turning point.
Trisilva is building the core operating system of an insurance carrier as one AI-native platform. The evidence is already running.
Traction
Two products are live in production. ClaimFlow runs claims operations across the VinFast service-centre network with BeeVN, across a ten-carrier Vietnamese insurer panel. MicroFlow distributes micro-insurance through Green SM across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, underwritten by PVI and Oona.
Market
Asia's insurance market is large, growing, and structurally short of AI-first systems. More than 600 million people across Southeast Asia are underinsured, digital channels already lead how the region transacts, and core insurance technology lags a generation behind. That gap is exactly where AI-first systems compress claim cycles and open micro-distribution.
Vision
The InsureFlow suite covers the insurance value chain, one product per stage, on two platforms every product binds to: TrisilvaOS for AI delivery, InsureFlow for the insurance domain. Each engagement strengthens the platform, so the advantage widens with scale.
Build the insurance platform Asia runs on.
Whether you buy, partner, invest, or want to build it with us, the conversation starts the same way.
