ServeFlow is the servicing stage of the InsureFlow suite. It gives policyholders one front door across chat, voice, and in-app, with the answer grounded in the same platform that runs their policy and claims. It is planned, and not yet live.
Where it sits
One stage of the insurance value chain.
The InsureFlow suite runs the insurance value chain end to end, from distribution to servicing. MicroFlow and ClaimFlow are live today. ServeFlow is in the build sequence behind them. We share timing only when it is real, so there are no dates here yet. If policyholder experience is where you want to compete, we would like to hear what you need.
