More than a decade rebuilding how banks and insurers innovate, engineer and operate. As Head of Agile, Corporate Strategy and Transformation at Techcombank, designed TechcomWay, the operating model the bank now runs its most strategic work on. Enterprise transformation for Prudential, DBS, UOB, HSBC and Singapore Airlines before that. Ran product and engineering at PropertyGuru before it became a unicorn and listed on the NYSE. Trisilva's claims-operations platform, ClaimFlow, is live in production in the VinFast service-centre network with BeeVN, on a rolling go-live that brings the ten-carrier Vietnamese insurer panel onto the platform one carrier at a time. It runs every claim, from the first report of a loss through to settlement, on one platform.
MicroFlow, Trisilva's distribution engine, which is not tied to any single broker, is live through Green SM across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. It issues trip, food-delivery, and express-delivery cover at the moment of the transaction and matches every premium to its sale in real time.
Trisilva has published an updated revision of the Vietnam market profile, which specifies what one national market requires on top of the OPIN open insurance standard. The revision covers sign-in and security, error handling, the full life of a policy, and the link between each claim and the cover it belongs to. Every market needs all four, so they have since moved into the standard itself, which Trisilva carries forward and keeps open to all.
