Agreement

These terms govern use of the trisilva.ai website and, where no separate signed agreement applies, access to the InsureFlow platform and its products. Where a customer has a signed master agreement or order form with Trisilva, that agreement governs the service and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict. "Trisilva" means Trisilva Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 202612217Z) and Trisilva Co., Ltd. (Vietnam, MST 0111523527).

By using the website or the service, you accept these terms.

The service

Trisilva operates InsureFlow, a platform for insurance operations, and its products, including ClaimFlow and MicroFlow. Access to the platform is granted to named customers and authorised users under the applicable agreement. We may update, improve, or change features of the service, and will give reasonable notice of a material change that affects a customer's use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access the service without authorisation, or share credentials with anyone not entitled to them;
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the service;
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as permitted by law or a signed agreement;
• upload unlawful content, or use the service to breach a law or a third party's rights;
• use the service to build a competing product.

We may suspend access where use threatens the security or lawful operation of the service.

Intellectual property

Trisilva and its licensors own the platform, its software, and all related intellectual property, including the InsureFlow and TrisilvaOS platforms. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you. Customer data remains the customer's, on the terms of the applicable agreement. The trisilva.ai website content is provided for information and may not be reproduced without permission.

Warranties and liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. Service levels, warranties, and support for the InsureFlow platform are set out in the applicable signed agreement, not here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trisilva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where a signed agreement applies, its liability terms govern the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
